My Philosophy:

I am captivated by authenticity—which is why I love birth photography. In a birth space, every moment is unscripted, unposed, and unfiltered. My goal is to step into your room as a seamless extension of your support team, ensuring that you stay completely relaxed and uninterrupted as you meet your baby.

My Journey:

My perspective on motherhood has been shaped by a life of change, movement, and unexpected detours. Born in Virginia, I’ve lived in Utah, Oregon, Paraguay, Alaska, and now call Texas home.

My best education has come from raising my own family of five children.

I’ve experienced almost every birth and parenting scenario firsthand—including a home birth, a birth center delivery, and a traditional hospital birth with an epidural. I’ve learned firsthand that no two births are ever the same. I’m a huge believer that birth where you feel most safe, comfortable, and supported leads to the best outcomes.

When the Phone Isn't Ringing:

When I’m off-call, you can usually find me outside tending to my backyard flock of chickens, tackling a DIY home renovation project, and keeping up with my kids (ages toddler to teen).
